A Dedicated Diagnostic Division & Sister Company of Cedarview Health
Cedarview Health is proud to introduce Cedarview Diagnostics—delivering compassionate, evidence-based ASD evaluations for children (ages 5+) and adults across New Jersey. Our hybrid model combines clinical rigor with real-world accessibility, so you get answers when you need them most.
We designed every part of our process around what families and adults actually need: speed, comfort, and expertise. No student interns. No surprise bills. No 18-month waitlists.
Completed in just 3 to 4 weeks from intake submission. Most traditional providers require 12 to 18 months. We believe you deserve answers now, not next year.
Only 1 single in-person visit to our Flemington, NJ office required. The other two sessions are conducted virtually from the comfort of your home or workplace.
Every evaluation is conducted directly by Board-Certified PMHNPs—not student interns or testing technicians. You'll always work with a senior clinician.
Our comprehensive clinical reports are structured to satisfy the documentation requirements of the institutions and systems you interact with daily. Every report includes detailed diagnostic conclusions, functional impact statements, and tailored recommendations.
Reports include the functional impact language and diagnostic specificity that school psychologists and IEP teams require for eligibility determinations and service planning.
Disability services offices at colleges and universities accept our documentation for academic accommodations, housing supports, and testing modifications.
Our reports provide the clinical foundation employees need when requesting reasonable accommodations under the ADA through their employer's HR department.
Referring clinicians, therapists, and psychiatrists receive a detailed report with diagnostic conclusions and actionable recommendations to guide ongoing care.
Traditional diagnostic pathways were not designed with families in mind. Long waitlists, unpredictable costs, and impersonal assessments create barriers when clarity is needed most. Here's how we've reimagined the experience.
We combine the two most recognized diagnostic instruments worldwide—the ADI-R (Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised) and the ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition)—into a streamlined, family-friendly 3-phase journey. These tools are the international gold standard for ASD assessment, used by clinicians and researchers across the globe. Our hybrid model preserves their full clinical integrity while reducing the logistical burden on families.
90 Minutes | Telehealth
A deep-dive developmental interview exploring early childhood history, social communication patterns, and behavioral profiles. Adults may self-report independently or choose to invite a childhood collaborator (parent, sibling, or relative) to provide optimal early developmental context.
90 Minutes | Flemington, NJ
Direct observational testing conducted in our quiet, low-sensory clinical office. The ADOS-2 uses structured activities and social scenarios to observe communication, social interaction, and play or imaginative use of materials.

Autism doesn't look the same in every person. Our clinicians are trained to recognize the full spectrum of autistic presentation—from children who may have been overlooked in early screening to adults seeking clarity after years of wondering. Every evaluation is affirming, thorough, and individualized.
Early and school-age evaluations help families access IEPs, 504 Plans, and therapeutic supports. We create a calm, low-sensory environment so children feel safe throughout the assessment process.
